Jovin Med is a small editorial desk, not a clinic or a pharmacy. We cannot give personal medical advice or prescribe — but we do read every message about the pages themselves.
What we can help with
Write to us about a factual error, a label that has been updated since we last checked, a broken link, or a question about how a remedy page is sourced. If you flag something that turns out to be wrong, we will fix it and note the change. These are the messages the desk exists to answer.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you which medicine to take, adjust your dose, interpret your symptoms, or act as a second opinion. There is no examination, no notes and no prescriber on the other end of an email — only writers and one reviewing GP. For anything about your own treatment, your prescriber or pharmacist is the right and safe place to go. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number rather than a website.
